Eligible garments may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Products with stains, perfume, wear marks, missing tags, or customer-caused damage are not eligible. Final sale, clearance, and customized alteration items may be non-returnable unless defective.
